Stay Policies and Guidelines

1. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in starts at 3:00 PM. Check-out is strictly by 11:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure is subject to availability and additional charges.
2. Child Policy: Children under 4 years old stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding. A complimentary baby cot and high chair are available. Babysitting services can be arranged upon request (extra charge).
3. Extra Bedding: Available at USD 50++ per person per night (Maximum 2 extra beds per villa).
4. Security Deposit: For bookings involving more than two villas, a security deposit equivalent to one night's rental per villa is required (refundable).
5. Transportation: Airport transfer services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

1. Reservation Deposit: A 50% initial deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due as per the agreed schedule before arrival.
2. Cancellation Policy:

4. 31–59 days before arrival: 50% of the total rental is forfeited.
5. 30 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total rental is forfeited.
